Proved, great design generates value

This Silver Lake project will always hold a special place in my heart it’s my first new build from the ground up, from architecture to the tiniest interior design details. The lot was small, so creativity had to be big. The solution? All bedrooms on the second floor and a rooftop deck that will make you say “wow.” Think Moroccan vibes blended with contemporary style… and yes, it sold. Lesson learned: good design = $$$.

At Go Nuts Design, we don’t just move furniture within existing walls we shape the walls themselves. We design homes around sunlight, the client’s lifestyle, and the experience of healthy living, from the first blueprint to the final pillow fluff.

Layout & Flow
The Glover House separates private and social spaces beautifully. Upstairs: three bedrooms and a laundry room for convenience and privacy. Downstairs: a welcoming flow of living and entertaining areas. And then two rooftops. The main house features a 360-degree view rooftop, and the ADU gets its own, creating endless opportunities for outdoor living.

The Showstopper
A central staircase leads dramatically to the rooftop, forming a striking silhouette visible from the street. The design is organic, uncluttered, and calming a true mental detox. We used simple, proven materials, but every proportion and detail was carefully tuned for balance and efficiency.

Teamwork & Innovation
Collaborating closely with the architect, engineer, and developer pushed us to innovate fast and smart. This project proved that great design isn’t about trends it’s about problem-solving, creativity, and a deep understanding of how people live.

The Glover House sets the tone for the future of Go Nuts Design projects that start with bold ideas and end with homes that feel as incredible as they look.
