1. DESIGN (Best)

Go Nuts Design will review the architect layout and make the adjustments if needed before submitting the project to the city.
Result: No wasted time, no costly changes later on, smooth workflow, no compromises.

2. AFTER CITY PERMITTING (Ok)

If permits are already submitted, we can still help but expect compromises.
Major layout changes at this point may cause re-submissions and delays.
Result: Good design is still possible, but flexibility is limited.

3. CONSTRUCTION (Too Late)

Once construction starts, big changes are expensive and disruptive.
We can still assist with finishes, small adjustments, or problem-solving, but not major transformations.
Result: Delays, wasted resources, and missed design opportunities.
