Welcome to the house on Chiquita Street. This house is big and charming, thanks to a talented architect who designed its floor plan. What's even better is that the developer worked closely with GO NUTS design studio to improve the property before getting city permits. They collaborated well with the architect to understand the property's concept and made several important corrections:

The staircase area used to be really dark, but they added a large skylight above it, which now lets in plenty of natural light to brighten the staircase and the family room on the second floor.
The kitchen was quite spacious, but there wasn't enough room for the refrigerator and some appliances. They fixed that issue.
They made other changes to ensure everything was symmetrical and structurally sound, creating an excellent and healthy living space experience.

Now, as you can see in the pictures below, the house looks fantastic and is a great place to live.
