At Gonad Design, we embarked on an exciting adventure with the Glover House project, marking our first full design endeavor from the ground up. This project involved comprehensive remodeling, innovative layout designs, and intricate detailing.

The Glover House features a thoughtful separation of private and entertaining areas. All three bedrooms and the laundry room are on the second floor, ensuring privacy, while the first floor is dedicated to living and entertaining spaces. The house boasts a rooftop with a 360-degree view and another rooftop on the ADU, providing ample outdoor space.

A standout feature is the central staircase leading to the rooftop, creating a unique and interesting shape visible from the street. The design is organic and simple, avoiding overcrowding and promoting a tranquil environment perfect for mental detox. Despite using simple materials, every detail has been meticulously crafted for balance and efficiency.

Working closely with the architect, engineer, and developer was an amazing experience, allowing us to innovate and adapt quickly. The Glover House represents our commitment to excellence and creativity, setting a new standard for future projects at Gonad Design.
