The exterior blends crisp, clean lines with natural textures, framed by lush greenery for privacy and softness. Inside, the palette shifts to warm neutrals, tactile stone, and rich wood tones, creating a calming backdrop for living. Large openings and glass doors dissolve boundaries between indoors and outdoors, filling spaces with light.

In the wet areas, microcement finishes bring a seamless, sculptural quality, contrasting with bold marble accents. The kitchen is a central gathering point, with a fluted island base, veined stone surfaces, and custom lighting. Bathrooms are spa-like, balancing minimalism with natural luxury.

The rooftop terrace elevates the lifestyle an open-air lounge and dining space shaded by a woven pergola, designed for both peaceful mornings and vibrant gatherings.
